Dr. Cameron brings a unique background in medical psychology to her clinical work, which makes her uniquely suited to treat issues at the intersection of mental and physical health. Dr. Cameron uses Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, mindfulness, and other integrative techniques to assist her clients in strengthening the mind-body connection while developing new healthy thinking patterns that lead to valued living.
Dr. Cameron specializes in treating stress, trauma and PTSD, as well as trauma-related sequelae such as insomnia, depression, anxiety, chronic pain or illness, self-esteem, adjustment difficulties, and burnout.
